today was my final exam start..
1st subject exam is butchery..
at 1st,abit nervous bcz i was absent for 1class bcz of accident...
scare the thing out..
after that in the kitchen..relax n relax..
see the item chicken,fish,prawn,sotong...
no problem..easy job...
debone the chicken,cut fish fillet then skinning..
prawn n sotong just cut only..
use 45min to settle all the thing then calculate the chicken measurement...
nt easy also..luckily some of them knw how to do..
